Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or wrong items delivered.

You must initiate a return request within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with all tags intact.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your return.

💸 Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued only for valid returns (defective, damaged, or incorrect items).

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of return approval.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Please note the following items are non-returnable:

  • Items purchased during sale or clearance
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Products showing signs of use or wear

🔁 Exchange Policy
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will offer an exchange subject to availability.

If the item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.

📩 How to Request a Return or Refund
To initiate a return or refund:

  • Attach photos of the defective/damaged product (if applicable).
  • Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with the next steps.

📦 Return Shipping
If the return is approved due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

In all other cases, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
