Shipping & Delivery

How do I know if my order is confirmed?
Once you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email / SMS with the details. If you don’t receive it within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact us.

When will my order be shipped?
We aim to ship all orders within 1 day after confirmation. Customized products may take a little longer due to personalization.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery timelines vary based on location. Typically, orders arrive within 4 to 5 working days. Customized items may take additional time.

What are the shipping charges?
Shipping fees depend on your location and order value. We offer free shipping for orders above ₹599. The exact charges will be shown at checkout. 

How can I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking Id / link via email/SMS, allowing you to check your order’s journey in real-time. 

Can I place bulk orders?
Yes! If you need customized coffee mugs for corporate gifting or events, reach out to us at mansijshopping@gmail.com or call 8198079511 for special pricing and bulk order support.

Can I send a gift without the invoice amount shown?
Yes! Just select the “This is a gift” option at checkout, and we’ll ensure no pricing details are included in the package.

What if I receive a damaged product?
We take quality seriously, but if your order arrives damaged, email us at mansijshopping@gmail.com with pictures within 48 hours of receiving it, and we’ll arrange a replacement.

Do you offer Next Day Delivery?
We currently do not deliver express delivery.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order before it is shipped by reaching out to us. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns for defective or incorrect items within 2 days of delivery. Personalized / customized products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Do you provide reverse pickups?
No, we don't provide reverse pick up.

When will I receive my replacement?
Once we receive a replacement request and the same verified by our team, we will dispatch the replacement within 1 working day.

What is your refund policy?
Refunds are processed within 3 days after we receive the cancellation request. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

How did money get deducted from my debit card / credit card / Net Banking even though the order was not successful. What really happened to my money?
Please check your bank / credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 7 business days. We do not have any say in such circumstances, therefore would request you to contact your bank’s customer care.
